Dix Noonan Webb Office Renovation, Mayfair
This project took us into the centre of London to renovate 5 floors of office space and busy connecting hallways. Making the most of the decorative plaster work, we used striking colour schemes to really enhance this building’s beauty.
It was important to get not only the colours right but the materials too. This busy business sees high traffic and we want it to stay looking amazing for many years to come.
From parquet floors to customer toilets, this really was a stunning job where standards were of the highest.
Island Oak Gates Restoration
These gates had been extremely damaged by the great British weather and, with a lack of maintenance, had started to deteriorate.
First the gates needed a good fungicidal wash down, removing all bacteria, an essential step in creating a blank canvas to work with. Throughout, we followed the correct product specification step by step.
They now not only look great but are protected for many years to come. After years of working with oak and various products and treatments, we are confident we can restore and protect any oak structure you may have.
Luxury 5 Bedroom Apartment
This task involved a complete redecoration from start to finish.
The home included all original features, from ceiling roses to decorative cornice. Using Farrow & Ball, this apartment has been finished to the highest of standards.
Creative Child’s Bedroom
What an enjoyable task this was.
A repeat customer of many years gave us the fun challenge of turning this bedroom into a masterpiece. The alternate colour scheme was chosen by the little boy, who was thrilled with the result.
Circus Tent Bedroom
Wall paper simply wasn’t an option in this bedroom, as the customer wanted a specific colour scheme and the stripes to be of a certain width.
After carefully designing and planning out the room, we hand painted each stripe. The outcome was amazing and created a fun filled bedroom for the young boy.
Regular Exterior Maintenance
Each year, different properties on the estate need the exterior joinery work keeping up together, not only to make it look great but to prolong its life span.
From timber windows to cast iron guttering, these properties have a whole range of exterior processes, which can also include repairing or replacing rotten timber. Following the correct specification is key, along with attention to detail.
Re-Oil Wax Of Oak Floor
Flooring without a doubt gets the most wear in any home. This oak floor is also home to 3 Labradors. After sanding the floor back, removing any marks or damaged areas, it was essential to give it a good wash using the product’s specific cleaning agent.
Applying 3 coats of a satin finish wax oil has meant the floor not only looks new again but is now ready to withstand the household’s daily use.
